Corrections and issue reports
A reproducible report is the fastest route to a reliable correction. Send reports to support@calculatortoolset.com; calculation inputs are only needed if you choose to include them.
What to include
Include the page URL, tool and mode, the values and units you entered, the result you saw, the result you expected, browser or device details when relevant, and a source or calculation that explains the difference. Remove personal, account, health, or contract information before sending.
How reports are checked
We reproduce the case, identify whether the issue is in the calculation engine, validation, formatting, explanation, translation, accessibility, or cited convention, and compare it with the documented method. A disagreement caused by an unstated local rule is handled by clarifying scope rather than silently changing a universal formula.
How corrections are released
Confirmed calculation defects receive a regression test before the fix is published. Content or translation changes are checked against the same examples and source scope. Material updates change the page review date and are summarized in the changelog; minor spelling fixes may not receive a separate entry.
Security and privacy
Do not send passwords, API keys, financial account numbers, medical records, or other sensitive data. A calculator error report is not a secure channel for vulnerability disclosure. Reports are used to investigate the described issue and are not treated as permission to publish personal information.
